1. Pre-orders
Pre-ordered products are sourced internationally after payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith and may vary due to supplier availability, customs, or shipping delays beyond our control.
2. Payments
Orders must be paid within 24 hours of placement to be confirmed. Payment can be made via Mobile Money, bank transfer, or card. Orders remain unpaid and unprocessed until payment is verified.
3. Pricing
Prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and include product cost and China shipping on Free Shipping picks. Local doorstep delivery is arranged by our rider; the fee depends on your location and is paid on arrival. Prices may change based on exchange rates and supplier costs before payment is confirmed.
4. UK delivery
Pre-orders to the United Kingdom are priced in GH₵. Orders ship to Ghana first, then onwards to your UK address. The international shipping cost is communicated to you once your order arrives in Ghana, before final payment is confirmed.
5. Imported goods
All products are subject to inspection at our China warehouse. In the rare case an item cannot be sourced, we will offer an alternative product of equal value. No cash refunds will be issued.
6. Liability
KevJoy's liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or courier partners.
