7-day return window
Products purchased through KevJoy (in-Ghana stock) can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they arrive damaged, defective, or not as described. Pre-ordered items imported from China can be returned within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos.
How to start a return
Open a support ticket from your account dashboard (or contact us on WhatsApp) with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team reviews and approves returns within 1–2 business days.
No refund policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once payment has been confirmed and your order has been processed. This applies to pre-orders, in-stock purchases, and all product categories. Please review your order carefully before confirming payment.
Non-returnable items
Personalised or made-to-order items, opened electronics, and products damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. Pre-order cancellations are allowed before payment is confirmed.
